Generally, we are brought in during the design phase so that we can help you and the architect/designer design a house that meets both your design and budget needs and expectations.
We have the knowledge, experience and relationships with a vast array of subcontractors and suppliers to develop a detailed budget that will provide you with an upfront understanding of the various costs associated with your project. Early planning allows for more accurate cost estimates, helps us to identify more opportunities for cost savings and ultimately helps to take some of the uncertainty out of the process. We apply the same organized approach to managing your project so that your home gets the attention it needs throughout the building process.
We know how important it is to keep your project on schedule and budget. In order to meet both of these objectives, we establish work schedules, order building materials, products and fixtures so they are on-site when needed, as well as meet regularly with the homeowner and design professionals to review project costs and to ensure that decisions are made on time. In addition to keeping a project on schedule and budget, we are committed to providing our clients with high quality construction services every step of the way.
